VEHICLE DYNAMICS ENGINEER & TEST DRIVER
Aged only 18, Miles embarked on his career as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and Test Driver, joining Bentley Motors and the VAG Group.
Over the course of the next decade, he delivered some incredible projects developing the handling characteristics and stability control systems for class-leading Sports and GT cars as well as SUVs and Hypercars.
RACING DRIVER
Miles started his racing career following a decade as a Professional Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and Test Driver.
Most recently Praga Cars signed Miles for a full season racing their new R1 in the 2021 Britcar Endurance Championship representing SCD. His profile and experience within the industry steered Praga towards Miles last year to write about their new race car and re-entry in to the U.K motorsport scene. Following the success of this campaign, Miles raced for a customer team in 2022 and the following year, Praga Racing ANZ signed Miles as their driver for the 2023 and 2024 programme in the Australian Prototype Series.
His racing journey has seen him drive an extensive range of cars including GT4, GT3, TCR and various prototypes across sprint and endurance formats.
PRECISION DRIVER
Developing his car control and skills behind the wheel has served Miles in many other aspects of driving.
Precision driving for films and television has long been a passion for him, deploying his skills to ensure cars look their best on camera and working with some of the best creative minds in the business to deliver their vision.
